End of Unemployment, Bribery, and The Lion Whisperer

So the bliss of Unemployment has come to an end!

I spent 6 weeks trying to avoid the inevitable but it has arrived!  After a four day trial involving walking with lions, horse rising and swimming with elephants and playing with Lion Cubs! I have a job doing all of the above on a daily basis! So not gona be doing the Chef thing for about 6 months till the Uk.

Instead will be working in the bush about 3hrs from Civilization! Place is called Antelope Park which is odd as the emphasis is on lions. Its got sum epic peeps and the owner has one arm coz he came home pissd as a fart one night and went to pet his Kitty through the fence and got Noshd!! Plus the highlight of the place is that at any time there are 50 volunteers staying in the park. Volunteer means they pay like 6000 US to come work for 6 weeks! Their from all over Europe, the US, Aussy and their mostly under 25. We live in the same dorms as them and have the same common room and shit it’s a total piss up! Out of the 3 nights I spent there on my trial I didn’t get to bed before 2am! So looking forward to starting on the 2nd of Feb.

 Also was amazed that unemployment was not  50% as I said earlier but is actually at 90% according to latest UN pol! More amazed that I got a job!!

Once I had the job I had to get my residency and the right to work in Zim again (odd as I was born in the country) Had to pay my first bribe to an immigration official for this! Was US$ 200!! Bribes ant cheep!!
